Iwona and Tadeusz (Tad) Pilinski were long-time (around 30 years) Houston/Katy residents. Recently they reside in Louisville near Boulder, Colorado. Unfortunately, that area got into an unexpected inferno on December 30, 2021. Around 1000 homes vanished in this fast and powerful Marshall Fire; their home burned down to the ground. Iwona and Tadeusz lost everything, literally – everything, right at the brink of a New 2022 Year.  

Many of us here in Houston, remember them and would like to help them to return to normalcy as soon as possible. They are like most of us, first generation Polish immigrants. They already reconstructed their lives from the scratch upon leaving Poland, now, more than 40 years later, they have to do it again…
