On Thursday, Feb. 9th Waclaw Mucha will be recognized by NASA for years of exemplary work and patience as a Russian Language instructor, spending many long 1-on-1 hours in helping the crew to develop the Russian Language.

The ­Expedition 27/28/29 crew members and lead flight directors have selected Waclaw and his team to receive an award for his important contributions to the success of their mission!  The award will be presented at the ­­­Expedition 27/28/29 6-Crew Special Event featuring Andrey Borisenko, Alexander Samokutyaev, Mike Fossum, Satoshi Furukawa, Ron Garan, and Sergei Volkov at Space Center Houston.
