Dear Friends,

it is our great pleasure and honor to invite you all to Axiom Quartet’s first concert of the season! The performance, hosted by Music Preparatory School at University of St.Thomas, will be held this Sunday, November 3 at 7.30PM in the Cullen Hall at UST beautiful campus in Montrose.

We have two major works on the program – Ludwig van Beethoven String Quartet op.18 No 4 in C minor and Robert Schumann Piano Quintet for which we will be joined by wonderful pianist Shannon Hesse. We are very excited at this opportunity of our first artistic collaboration with such a great musician.

As always, you will be treated to the spoken word about the music. This program’s major theme is “Great Love and Great Loss” – the passion of music as a reflection of life’s happiness and tragedy. Please, bring your family, kids and friends, to not only listen to beautiful sounds but to also learn about music history and context.

This concert is FREE and open to the public. We will accept donations.
The parking is free on campus streets and also available in the UST garage on Graustark St for $2.
