The 2026 PACT Annual Meeting is quickly approaching, and we invite you to join us for this important celebration of Polish heritage, culture, education, and community.

The Houston Polish community and parish are looking forward to welcoming PACT members and guests from throughout Texas. We are planning a full and exciting program that will include the Annual Meeting, Polish Mass and procession, Lifetime Awards, luncheon, entertainment, presentations, a silent auction benefiting the PACT Scholarship Fund, the Polish Culture & Heritage Contest, and a special social hour with Polish hors d’oeuvres and entertainment.

There are many ways to participate and help make this year’s Annual Meeting a success!

Advance tickets are $25 per person. Please purchase your tickets at pactx.org..
Tickets include admission to the Annual Meeting program, luncheon, awards, presentations, entertainment, and other scheduled activities.

BE SEEN—RESERVE A TABLETOP DISPLAY

PACT member organizations and member businesses are invited to reserve a tabletop display to showcase their programs, services, accomplishments, and community involvement.
We also welcome nonmember Polish organizations and businesses that may be a good fit for PACT. Nonmembers may participate with a $40 donation.
Please complete and return the flyer below, “Be Represented—Meet Our Members and Friends” form to reserve your space. The flyer is also available at PACTx.org.

We also encourage participants to donate an item to the silent auction benefiting the PACT Scholarship Fund.

AN OPPORTUNITY FOR OUR YOUTH – POLISH CULTURE & HERITAGE CONTEST
Children and young people ages 5–18 are invited to participate in the Polish Culture & Heritage Contest.

Participants may create a poster, display, or another creative project highlighting their Polish heritage, family history, traditions, or cultural background.

The Polish School Teachers are organizing and supporting this special program. Please share the contest flyer with families, Polish schools, churches, youth groups, and community organizations.

SUPPORT THE PACT SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Each year, PACT proudly awards four scholarships to deserving students. We need your help to continue this important program!

Please consider donating a gift for the silent auction at our Annual Meeting or making a monetary donation directly to the PACT Scholarship Fund.
Every contribution helps us support education and invest in the future of Texas Polonia.
