On June 2, 2024, two Polish musicians, Anna Golka and Maja Maklakiewicz surprised the Polish community and American art and music enthusiasts in Houston with a unique piano and violin concert. They presented works of several Polish composers but also added Gershwin’s music. Dynamic pieces, beautifully played by the musicians, sharing a few personal stories and anecdotes about the composers, in the settings of the Archway Gallery, created a charming and memorable event.
