We Help – Kazimierz Charitable Association

Houston Polonia often joined charitable organizations to help groups, nations, and individuals.

We present a unique foundation in Kazimierz, Poland.

Kazimierz Charitable Association pw. st. Anny was established in 2012 to restore history and continue the tradition of helping the poor and needy, cultivated by the Kazimierz community as part of the Foundation for the Elderly and Disabled, which was established in 1530 and was liquidated in 1954 by the then authorities.

The organization’s mission is to fight the isolation and exclusion of disabled people and seniors from social life while giving them a chance to actively develop their personal skills.

One of the members of Houston’s Polish community has helped this organization, and she is looking for other people that would be willing to help.
