Hwy2Ananda<\/strong>, short for Highway to Ananda<\/strong> or The Road to Happiness, was formed in July 2017 by Jadwiga (Yedi) Spiewak<\/strong> to offer yoga as a way to nurture both your physical and emotional health. Yedi offers Hatha Yoga<\/strong> at the Beginner, Advanced and Senior level. \n For Senior Yoga classes<\/strong> Yedi teaches at Restored Motion studio, please visit www.restoredmotion.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and select Schedule to sign up for Senior Yoga on Wednesdays at 2:30pm<\/strong>.
