margin-right: 15px;\" alt=\"Witkowski_Wojciech\" src=\"http:\/\/www.forum-polonia-houston.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Witkowski_Wojciech.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"341\" srcset=\"https:\/\/forum-polonia-houston.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Witkowski_Wojciech.jpg 300w, https:\/\/forum-polonia-houston.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Witkowski_Wojciech-263x300.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">Our deepest sympathy<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">to the family<\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">of<\/h5>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Wojciech Witkowski,\u00a0MD, MPH<\/h3>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">who passed away\u00a0on July 18, 2016<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">He will be missed<br \/>\nby his family, friends<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">and Polish community<br \/>\nin Houston.<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Wojciech Witkowski,\u00a0<\/strong>MD, MPH, was born in Poland on March 20, 1938. \u00a0He graduated from Medical Academy and worked as a General Surgeon in Lublin, Poland.\u00a0 He then moved with his wife and two children to Nigeria where he worked as Chief of the Surgery Department in Kaduna, Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Witkowski lived and worked in England and Canada before making a home for himself and his family in Houston, Texas. \u00a0Before moving to Texas he worked in Nashville, Tennessee and Lexington, Kentucky. \u00a0In 2004, Dr. Witkowski opened up a Medical Clinic in Stafford Texas where he worked as a Medical Director and Family Physician until his death on July 18, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Witkowski leaves behind a wife, two children and two grandchildren. \u00a0Viewing will take place at the <strong>Our Lady of Czestochowa Polish Church<\/strong> from\u00a0<strong>11:00 to 12:00\u00a0on\u00a0Friday 07\/29\/2016<\/strong>\u00a0and<strong> mass service will also be held at\u00a012:00 pm<\/strong>\u00a0at Our Lady of Czestochowa Polish Church immediately following the viewing.\u00a0 Burial and Reception will be held at <strong>Forest Park Funeral Home and Cemetery<\/strong> at <strong>12800 Westheimer Road, Houston, TX 77077<\/strong> right after the mass. \u00a0In Lieu of flowers please consider sending donations to <strong>Our Lady of Czestochowa Church<\/strong> in memory of Dr. Witkowski.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Witkowski will be greatly missed by friends and family.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our deepest sympathy to the family of Wojciech Witkowski,\u00a0MD, MPH who passed away\u00a0on July 18, 2016 &nbsp;
