and Colonialism<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/i>translated by Lajos Palfalvi<i>\u00a0<\/i>(\u00d6r\u00f6ks\u00e9g Kult\u00farpolitikai Int\u00e9zet), and third Chinese edition of her\u00a0<i><strong>Understanding Russia: The Holy Fool in Russian Culture<\/strong>,<\/i>\u00a0 translated by Yang De-you (Yillin Press).<\/p>\n<p>Also in 2015, <strong>Thomspon received an award from Association of Polish Writers Abroad (Zwi\u0105zek Pisarzy Polskich na Obczy\u017anie)<\/strong>. \u00a0The jury wrote the following: \u201cHer erudition in the field of Slavic Studies, especially in Russian literature, brought about a number of books and essays and allowed her to explain and correct many myths and stereotypes about Polish culture and history that exist in American
